Using the website

You may browse the site, explore our work and contact us about a project. Please use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material or use its forms to send spam. Submit your own contact details or information you are authorized to provide.

Estimates and project agreements

Service descriptions provide an overview. Completing the estimate form prepares a brief in your browser. It does not reserve a service, authorize a payment, create a contract or guarantee a price or delivery date. You must send the prepared email to share your request with ABARA.

Project scope, deliverables, fees, payment timing, schedules, responsibilities and ownership or licensing terms are set out in a separate written project agreement. We agree on those details before work begins.

Website content and project ownership

The content, artwork, videos and trademarks displayed on this website belong to their respective owners. Viewing the site does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reuse another party's protected material. Please contact us if you would like to reuse ABARA content.

Ownership and permitted use of new project deliverables are addressed in the written agreement for that project.

Product and portfolio links may take you to websites operated separately from this site. The relevant operator's product details, terms, privacy practices and purchasing conditions apply there.
